Pottery Lessons: Monthly
Ever wanted to learn how to throw on the pottery wheel or in need of a little clay therapy?
In this lesson you will learn the basics of wheel throwing and the basics of hand-built pottery. All clay, firing, and glazing is included. The lesson will be each week for 4 consecutive weeks, 1.5-2hours each week. You and one other person will be the only people in the class so you will learn SO much as I am with you every step of the way!
The class includes:
- all clay and materials to make 6-10 items!
- all instruction and one on one teaching
- 4 classes
- 10lbs of clay
- Firing and glazing of your pieces
- Lots of learning about clay, the process, and more!
No experience is necessary, I'll work with where you are at, one step at a time.
This is a great option to choose if you're wanting to learn the basics and start to grow in your skill set. We will start with the basics and add onto your skill set as you learn with each week.
How it works: once you book and provide your email at checkout, I will reach out to you! If you have reserved your spot on Instagram I will send you an invoice.
***Each lesson takes time to prepare the studio and clay, unfortunately that means no refunds for no-shows. In the case of emergency please email me at whiterabbitnashville@gmail.com and I will try to accommodate a new date.
Already familiar with wheel throwing and hand-building? Great! I'll be available for questions during you time but you'll have full access to the studio to make as you please.

A truly wonderful experience all around! Caity is so kind, knowledgeable, and FUN! While I had no clay throwing or hand-building experience going in, I definitely learned the necessary fundamentals to make beautiful pottery pieces on my own moving forward. I did 2 rounds of the individual monthly lessons with Caity and have only good things to say! She is very patient and easy to follow along! This was my first time trying pottery and now feel confident that I have a new hobby I can do on my own. Caity's studio is so organized and she has a great collection of tools that give you a lot of creative freedom when designing a piece. 10/10 recommend!
