Pottery Lessons: 2 people/ Couple
Ever wanted to learn how to throw on the pottery wheel? In need of a fun date? A girls night out?
In this one-on-one lesson you both will learn the basics of wheel throwing and if time, the basics of hand-built pottery. All clay, firing, and glazing is included.
How it works:
book a time online and I will email you with location details and all the info you will need. Lessons are held at my home studio in the Donelson area.
You will each make at least one item on the wheel and leave your piece in the studio to be fired/glazed. Once your piece is finished, you will receive an email that your items are ready for pickup back at the studio.
No experience is necessary, I'll work with where you are at, one step at a time.
Lessons are for ages 8+ and all kids must be accompanied by a parent or guardian taking the lesson with them. Please note in the comments before checkout if it is a kids lesson you are booking.
***Each lesson takes time to prepare the studio and clay, unfortunately that means no refunds for no-shows. I’m the case of emergency please email me at whiterabbitnashville@gmail.com and I will try to accommodate a new date.
If these date and time do not work for you please send a message on the contact page and we will try to accommodate a date/time

I would highly recommend the pottery lesson! Caity was an amazing teacher and the class was so fun. I wish it had lasted longer! We had the option to make a cup or a bowl and then we got to mold a little dish. I would love to take a monthly class sometime, but recommend anyone to try one of her classes!
My mom and I received a lesson from Caity as a birthday gift and we could not recommend more! She was an absolute joy to learn from and we loved how hands on the experience was. We will definitely go back!
My sister and I had an awesome time! Thank you so much
Took my 7 year old son and she was incredible with him and we made each other things that we will use every day. The process was easy and we legit got our hands dirty doing the work ourselves along with her nuanced direction. It makes me want a wheel and a kiln. We learned a lot in a little amount of time.
Caity did an amazing job teaching my sister and I how to make a bowl. Caity’s hands are one with the clay and she expertly communicated her talent when she instructed us on how to feel and form the clay. She made sure we felt comfortable and kept us relaxed and ready to not only learn but truly enjoy pottery. Caity’s warm energy, her beautiful studio, and he sweet shop dog made this an unforgettable experience. My sister and I are already planning our next class!
